You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Fyndi, including videos, comments, text, images, and any other materials (“User Content”).
By uploading User Content, you grant Fyndi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the platform. This license allows us to show your content within the app, including in feeds, recommendations, or community pages, as intended by the product’s functionality.
Fyndi does not claim ownership of your content. We will never sell, license, or use your content outside of Fyndi without your explicit permission.
Information We Collect
We collect both the information you provide and data generated automatically through your use of the App.
Information you provide includes account details such as your name, email address, and password, as well as profile information like your display name, bio, and profile image. We also collect any content you upload—videos, captions, or comments—and any messages you send through support or feedback forms.
Information collected automatically may include your device type, operating system, IP address, app usage data such as time spent in the app or interactions with content, and diagnostic reports like crash logs. We may also use cookies or similar technologies to help improve performance and personalize your experience.
How We Use Your Information
